Monday 29th June

It was another busy day at Bridgnorth Food Bank, with a significant increase in the number of people we helped compared to the previous week. We were able to provide food parcels to fourteen families, nine couples and fifteen individuals plus two emergencies. This made a total of 48 adults and 40 children we looked after.

Needless to say, we welcome donations to help us in our work, and would be particularly grateful for donations of tinned meat and fish, tinned soup, breakfast cereals, tinned vegetables, cook-in sauces, long-life milk and biscuits.

Many thanks meanwhile to all the local churches, retailers and individuals for their generous donations. We welcome any donations of bags-for-life and ordinary strong carrier bags.
