Monday 27th July

This week, Bridgnorth Food Bank was able to support thirteen families, four couples, fourteen individuals plus two emergencies. This made a total of 39 adults plus 36 children.

A big thank-you to local retailers for their generous donations of perishable food, especially the Co-op, Greggs and M&S Simply Food. Thanks too to local people for their donations, not only of cans and long-life food, but also garden produce. This was all much appreciated by our clients.

For all that, we welcome further donations, particularly of canned fish and meat, soup, long-life milk, breakfast cereals, shampoo, canned vegetables, cook-in sauces, biscuits, and petfood (for cats and dogs).

We have virtually run out of bags-for-life, so any donations of them or ordinary strong carrier bags will be most useful.

Thank you.
