Monday 13th April

This week, Bridgnorth Food Bank was able to provide food parcels to fourteen families, four couples and seventeen individuals. This made a total of 45 adults and 39 children.

Many thanks to the local churches, individuals and retailers for the donations of food, especially recently the Easter eggs, which were very well received by our clients.

For all the donations, we still have to buy in substantial supplies every week, and quickly use up our stocks. So, if you are able to make a donation, it will soon be put to good use! In particular, we are short of tinned meat, tinned vegetables, jam/marmalade/spreads, tinned fruit, tinned milk puddings (rice, custard, etc.), biscuits and cartons of long-life milk (especially the blue-lable whole milk).

We remain very low in our stocks of bags-for-life and ordinary strong carrier bags, so any you can spare will be very useful.

Thank you!
