Monday 2nd March

Today, Bridgnorth Food Bank was able to provide food parcels to ten families, six couples plus one emergency, and twelve individuals. This made a total of 34 adults and 30 children.

We are most grateful for the donations from local churches and retailers large and small. But we are always in need of more – in particular at present we are short of tinned meat, tinned fruit, instant coffee, breakfast cereals, long-life milk, biscuits and bottles of squash.

Many thanks to the kind person who donated a number of bags-for-life last week via our donation point at Bridgnorth Co-op. However, we would be very happy to receive more bags-for-life and ordinary strong carrier bags – we get through so many!

Thank you!
