This week, Bridgnorth Food Bank was able to help fifteen families plus one emergency, ten couples plus one emergency, and fifteen individuals plus one emergency. This made a total of 57 adults and 49 children.
We wish to thank the local churches, retailers and individuals for their generosity, which really makes a big difference to our work.
Despite that, we have to spend a lot of money every week on groceries and so we welcome donations large and small – in particular we are short of rice, cartons of long-life milk (especially full blue label), breakfast cereals, cook-in sauces, bottles of squash, washing-up liquid and laundry tablets.
As ever, we are very short of bags-for-life and ordinary strong carrier bags. Thank you.
